Project Director / Producer, Laurence Glover started at Saatchi & Saatchi and has run production companies in London for over 25 years. From Swift and IBM to PaddyPower and Babyliss, he has a broad range of experience in both mainstream advertising and the business world.

Creative Director Graham Pugh and Laurence met whilst Graham was at Saatchi & Saatchi; Graham has 30 years of experience. He has worked at some of the industry’s largest agencies, for the world’s most famous brands and has applied his big brand knowhow to some of the most technical and specialist areas.

Design lead Michael Ainscough is multi-award-winning and has launched digital experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands. His experience extends into publishing, luxury lifestyle, data & AI, fashion & technology. Working on the redesign of the digital news source for the world’s largest luxury lifestyle magazine, Wallpaper*, with first-of-its kind formats that changed the advertising industry.

Building it
Tech Lead Chris Drury brings 15+ years of platform-agnostic full stack development experience. Having developed ecommerce systems for some of the largest boutique brands (Burberry, Fendi & Volkswagen) right through to crafting multi-faceted in store consumer tech for the likes of Harrods, Samsung and Emirates. Chris strives to "push the envelope" on every project and ensures a scalable tech stack always forms the foundation ensuring your application will grow indefinitely with your business needs (The rest of the team like to pretend they understand 100% of what that all means. Basically, he’s all over it).
